Im sure you all have discussed this many times on this board, but Im new to this and am asking again. What other GM top a arms carry the same metric pattern for bolting on?
Meaning is there a suitable replacement for the metric a-arm on the left front that will extend that out and prevent the camber loss on travel?
Any help would be cool. Thank you

Don't know about upper control arms, but here is an idea. A spindle off of a 78 and up metric Impala uses the same ball joints and is taller. The upper part of the spindle is offset from the bottom more than a standard metric spindle. This should give you more adjustment and offset your roll center to the left.
