Looking for information on relocating the upper control arm mount on our metric car to improve the geometry. I have heard that it is written in a book but have not been able to find the literature. Can anyone help?

I HAVE A SMITH BOOK AND IT SAYS THAT THE UPPER ARMS SHOULD BE STRAIGHT OR LEVEL
TO WORK BEST FOR ACCELERATION AND BRAKING.
ALTHOUGH MY CLASS SAYS NO MODIFYING SO MINE ARE GOING DOWN IN THE FRONT,STOCK LOCATION.
