Where do you guys get your spring rubbers? Or do you make them? If you make your own, what do you make them out of?

I went and bought some lawn mower wheels that have the plastic hubs. Make sure you measure them, there are some that will fit a 5 1/2" spring just right.Use a hammer and a *****driver to get the center piece out. Just tie a bunch of zip ties around the top of the spring and lawnmower tire to hold it on. You may not need 1" of rubber but you may be able to modify it some. Now I only did this to the rear springs, never tried it on the front. Im not sure what it will do there. Also, rubber will not necessarily add height.....from what I've heard, 1" of rubber adds about 30lbs. to the spring rate.
Maybe this helps. Good luck
