Well, Heres my thoughts I prefer Energy Sus. polyurethane bushings on the front because they are stronger. On the rear however, I prefer to use the cheapest, softest bushings that I can find. Reason being that I believe that it helps promote rear roll and allows the rearend to slightly torque. I could be wrong, but it makes sense to me.

Polyurethane on all the front bushings. On the rear lowers, I use poly too. But on the top arms, I use the softest rubber ones I can find. Lets the rearend "wrap", or so I've been told.
