How do figure out the rear roll center on my 4-bar metric rear end?

You will need to make a scale drawing of the rear suspension in a top view and a side view through the centerline of the rear axle and with the control arms at the correct angles. In the top view, draw lines through the upper and lower control arms to find the instant centers. Next draw projection lines through the control arms in the side view. Next draw projection lines from the instant center points of the top view down to where they intersect the projection lines in the side view. Next draw a line from the two intersection lines of the side view and where this line crosses the axle center line is the rear roll center. Most of the time this ppoint will be close to upper control mount on the rear axle.
