I need a little help with a question.I have 85 monte carlo charger car with stock front suspension components. We run on a 1/2 mile 14 degree banking dry slick track. I'm running RF 1100 lb, LF 900lb, LR 200 lb, RR 225 lb. I run quite well with this set up. My question is I've been told that if I replace my front spindles to those that came off a late 70's impala that it will improve my camber gain and raise my roll center Due to the fact that they are 1 inch taller, and to move the roll center to the right use a camaro upper ball joint on the left side only. Does this sound reasonable? My source of this info is questionable. Any help on this subject would be great. Thanks Yipee Ki Ay

yes, the taller spindle will help to raise the roll center. you can also do this by using the taller balljoints offered by afco.using the taller balljoints will allow you to use the lighter metric spindles.
