I was wondering what the lowest pressure you can run on the RR with a Basset non bead lock 15 in wheel running street radials on a 1/2 mile banked dirt track. With tubes.

Thanks Josh K.

Josh, on a 1/4-3/8 I have run as little as 9 and it stayed on.

IF YOU RUN BELOW 12 ON A RUFF TRACK YOU WILL BREAK A BEAD

Remember about your air pressure buildup under heat.

...I USUALLY NEVER GOT BELOW 16 LBS IN THE RT REAR. I MAY BE OUT IN LEFT FIELD,BUT WITH NO WEIGHT JACKS,NO BEAD LOCKS AND STREET RADIALS ON A 16 DEGREE BANKED TRACK, I JUST FELT MORE CONFIDENT.
...I ALSO WORKED ON THE RULE THAT THE AIR PRESSURE IN A RADIAL DID NOT AFFECT THE BITE AS MUCH AS IT DID THE SPRING RATE OF THE PARTICULAR CORNER.
...WE USED AIR AS A WEIGHT JACK AND OUT RAN PLENTY OF CARS RUNNING LOW AIR. TIPICALLY WE RAN 20 TO 25 LBS ON THE RT REAR 20 ON THE RT FRONT AND 10 TO 12 ON THE LEFT SIDE.WE ALSO WORKED REAL HARD ON STAGGER AND OFFSET.
...THIS MAY NOT SOUND REAL SMART, BUT IT WORKED FOR 5 YEARS AS WE FINNISHED IN THE TOP 5 EACH YEAR.
