I have a 750 double pumper Holley on a 355 Chev engine. The problem I am having is if I just barely give it gas...say about 1500-2000 it starts sucking lots of fuel out of one ventura in the front. I tried everything to stop it and can't stop it any ideas? Thanks John

Sounds like one of the jets has unscrewed from the metering block.

An interesting problem. The first thing I would do is check the primary float level. At idle the fuel level should be even with the bottom of the sight plug hole. If that's OK, remove the fuel bowl and metering block. Locate the four brass airbleeds inside the choke tower and blow through each of them, making sure that they're clear. If the above doesn't work let us know and we'll go to plan B.
