I'm from Western PA. It seems that there are vast differences in the rules for Stocks (known as pure stocks) and Modifieds in this area as compared to what most on this forum discuss. What we call Pure Stocks here are more like what you call Street Stocks, with the exception being the Motor rules. What we call Mods are DIRT-style Big block modifieds, Limited modifieds, and 358 mods. The Mods discussed here seem to be more like what we call e-mods, exception being motor and tire rules. Are my observations correct?
