Our flagman has been known to black flag a few and send them packing to the house at our kart track. He has even been known to warn a certain board members daughter. And send a board member to the trailer with that black flag to start on the tail of his feature.Very undiscriminating. And then warn them at the next drivers meeting that it could happen to anyone.Send a few a packing the rest will fall in.That may not work everywhere but it did for us.Got rid of the rough necks.Rubbing is racing but banging is for boxing.

How about a 3 spin out rule,3 spins in one nite, black flag and put it on the trailer for the night!!

I believe all our tracks have a two caution rule. Cause 2 and load it up. So if you spin the second time, you better get going!

You have to have a flagman that is respected and is not afraid to use the flags for what they are intended. His say should be final and the track should back him completely regardless of the popularity of the call. If tracks would get more consistent with calls and punishment, most problems would go away.
