JOE KOSISKI WINS THIRD LATE MODEL FEATURE OF THE SEASON

July 30, 2001 - Greenwood, NE - Joe and Ed Kosiski gave fans a spectacular
family battle in the final laps of the NASCAR Super Late Model feature last
night. After a door-to-door battle between the two brothers that was on it'
s way to a photo finish, younger brother Ed spun out in the final corner and
brought out the caution flag. The cars were realigned and the green flag
dropped on a one lap dash to the finish line.

Joe held off the other contenders to take the checkered flag for the second
and final time. The victory was Kosiski's third for the season, with all
three wins occurring in the last month. "I love the racetrack," Joe Kosiski
said. "We have had good success here and I am real comfortable racing here.
It was a great racetrack tonight."

The battle for the top spot in the Grand National main event was a little
less eventful, as Jody Krug took the lead with 12 laps to go and stayed
there to claim his fourth victory of the season.
Scott Carlson took the checkered flag for the sixth time this season with an
impressive win in the Pro Am feature. Carlson shot past pole-sitter Terry
Cleveland before the first lap was completed and pulled away for a
dominating win in the 18-lap race.

Travis Alley held off Joe Feyen to take the checkered flag in the Hobby
Stock feature. Alley moved passed Kurt Mackie on the low side of the track
with nine laps remaining to snare the lead. Alley has won four races this
season.

The racing action continues this Sunday at Nebraska Raceway Park as
Coca-Cola presents the NASCAR Weekly Racing Series and the Jasper Engines
and Transmission Hobby Stock King of the Hill, the first division scheduled
in the month-long 76 Racing Gas King of the Hill series. Gates open at 4:30
p.m. with racing scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.
