Lipsey topped the field of Late Models in his Wall to Wall Car

Fred Hastings took the lead on the start of the Novice B main and held
it till the checkers. Second place Brown was unable to pull vaccun and Dqed
moving Buddy Payne to second, Ottis Robbins third and Joel Brown fourth.
Novice A main heat winner Mike Carter blasted into the lead and held it
till the last lap when he fell off the pace and dropped to fifth place. Bill
Lee took over the lead and the win. Heath Chambliss took second. Terry lee
third, fourth went to Stephen Polk. Carter finished fifth after leading the
whole race. Chambliss and Carter took the heat wins.
Pure Stock was a battle the whole race between the heat winner Ryan
Whitehead and Jimmy Stephens. The two swap the lead over and over from
beginning till end. Leonard Barilleaux ran third till Billy McDaniels worked
his way to third but couldn't reel in the two battling for the lead. Stephens
in the Aimes Automotive,A Best Special, Gonzalas Industry, and Graphic Sign
car took the win followed by Ryan Whitehead, Billy McDaniels, Leonard
Barrilleaux and Chad Coon.
Jamie McClendon and Matthew Simeon took top honors in street stock
hearts. McClendon blasted into the lead and was gone. Simeon ran second till
he fell off the pace. Brad McKey worked his way to finish second behind the
winner McClendon. Williams took third, Jamie Hamilton fourth and Randy
Donald Collins and Robert Morel took the heat wins fir super stock.
Billy Gordon took the lead followed by Morel. Donald Collins worked his way
to third. Behind him David Knight and Johnny Breeland swapped paint a few
times. Gordon took the win followed by Morel, Collins, Joey Humphreys and
Jerry Cassano and Ricky Begnaud won the heat races for UMP. It was
Cassano all the way from green to checkered to score the win followed by
Ricky Begnaud, Billy Collette, Ron Grandle and Daniel Boyd.
Curt Lipsey and Sam Patrick took the late model heat wins. On the
startof the feature Lipsey blasted into the lead and set sail there was no
catching him. Rodney Sheridan, Sam Patrick and Sibley ran three wide for
second. In turn two Rodney Sheridan went in the turn to low and got into
Patrick. Sheridans car wound up on top of Patricks. Patrick got out of his
car because of Sheridans car was on top of his. On the restart it was Lipsey
again smoothly leaving the field and taking the win followed by Jason Polite
who worked the traffic to get second, third went to Michael Sibley, fourth
Sam Patrick and fifth Boyd.
