LAYTON RECORDS THIRD STRAIGHT 358 SPRINT WIN AT SELINSGROVE
Harrisburg's Chad Layton made a last lap pass of veteran Jim Nace to record
his fifth win of the season in the 25-lap 358 sprint feature Saturday night
at Selinsgrove Speedway.
Layton was able to overcome two racing incidents which forced to the rear
to pick up his third straight victory at the Snyder County half-mile, and
tie him with T.J. Stutts with five wins in 358 sprint competition.
Hamburg's Scott Haus held off Liverpool's Dale Kerstetter for his first win
of the season in the Late Model feature and became the division's sixth
different feature winner this season.
Selinsgrove's Kyle Bachman picked up his second win in a row, and his third
of the year, in the pro stock feature Wellsville's John Stoll Jr. captured
the win in the 4-cylinder pure stock event.
