Duck River speedway, "Shootout at the River", May 26 results

The second leg of the "Shootout for Open Wheel Modifieds" continued
at Duck River Speedway Saturday night and Lexington, Tennessee's Jason
Sullivan not only won his first feature event at Duck River and the $1,000
first place prize that went along with the victory, but the win plus his
fourth place finish on Friday night at North Alabama Speedway gave Sullivan
the $500 bonus for the best two combined finishes of the weekend. Sullivan
had to hold off a determined Jeff Stutts who notched a second place finish
just in front of Junior Daniels who was making his return to competition
after surgery over the winter. Barry Rochelle was fourth with Jeff Ray
grabbing his first Top 5 finish of the season.
