RAIN STOPS WALL STADIUM AUTO RACERS BEFORE FEATURE RACES -TEN MAIN EVENTS ON
CARD FOR THIS SATURDAY NIGHT (APRIL 28)

Stock standout George Andretta and Modified racer Jimmy Blewett, Wall Stadium
pit steward Tom O'Rorke stopped Saturday night's stock racing competition due
to dangerous track conditions just before the main events were to be run. The
postponement came approximately a half-hour after a rain shower hit the

The postponement sets up a busy night at Wall Stadium this Saturday night
(April 28) at 7:00 p.m. Not only will the five rain postponed main events be
contested, but the five feature races scheduled for April 28 will also be
run. To accommodate ten main events in one evening, qualifying events will
not be run for divisions that do not have a full field of cars. There will be
no additional admission charge for this ten-feature race program.
