OšREILLY AUTO PARTS ALL-SERIES RACE IN DAVENPORT IS POSTPONED

DAVENPORT, IOWA (April 6, 2001) The OšReilly Auto Parts All-Star Series,
NASCAR Touring race scheduled for tonight, Friday, at the Davenport Speedway

All-Star Seriesš 2001 season, is being rescheduled for this Sunday, April 8,
at the Davenport half-mile.
Registration for OšReilly Auto Parts All-Star Series drivers and inspection
of their Grand American Late Models opens at noon on Sunday. Practice is set
for 4:30 p.m.
Ten-lap qualifying races followed by a 12-lap consolation race begin at 5:30
and will set the field for the 40-lap main event, with a top prize of $4,000
from the nearly $23,000 payoff. Steve Boley of West Liberty, Iowa, is the
defending OšReilly Auto Parts All-Star Series champion.
Sundayšs races, the first of the season for the newly relighted Davenport
track, are being promoted by Mach 1 Enterprises LLC, a new company owned by
