Grove City Auto Mall returns to present the third of five
installments of "Meet Your Hero" Night. The Sportsman Modified division
will be highlighted this night. The Sportsman Modified drivers will have
their race cars behind the grandstands prior to racing for an autograph and
picture session. The first 300 kids will receive a free color custom card
for autographs when they enter the gates.
Parents will want to make sure the kids bring their bicycles for
the first of two bike races held this year. During intermission, kids will
have the opportunity to race on the same track that their heroes do.
Helmets are required to compete.
"This is our fourth year for Jr. Fan Night," said owner Vicki Emig. "We
have been able to make it bigger and better each year as the whole night is
structured around the kids. Last year, we had over 800 children on the
grounds to meet the "Rugrats" and enjoy the festivities. We want it to be
an enjoyable night for the kids- one that they will look forward to each
