THE PENNZOIL WORLD OF OUTLAWS AND NEBRASKA RACEWAY PARK GEARING UP FOR
THREE-NIGHT SHOW SEPTEMBER 20-22

September 13, 2001 - Greenwood, Neb. - The most anticipated show of the 2001
season is just one week away. The management and staff of Nebraska Raceway
Park are preparing for what will be the largest event of the year, cleaning,
prepping and fine tuning every detail to provide fans with the best possible
show. Fans also wait, eager for the first night of action of the Pennzoil
World of Outlaws at Nebraska Raceway Park.

The Pennzoil World of Outlaws, now in their 24th season of action, is the
premier sprint car series in the country. Top sprint car drivers from all
parts of the United States, and even overseas, compete in what has been
tagged the "Fastest Show on Dirt". These competitors provide some of the
fastest and most exciting open-wheel race shows at every track they appear.
The winged sprint cars they drive produce over 750 horsepower from their 410
cubic inch engines, reaching speeds of up to 160 miles per hour.

Most of the series regulars are anticipated to attend including: "King of
the Outlaws" Steve Kinser, who won his 16th Pennzoil World of Outlaws
championship last year; Danny Lasoski, who stole the show at last year's
three-day event at the Greenwood track; Sammy Swindell, with 225 career
A-feature victories in the series; Mark Kinser, who holds the one-lap record
at NRP at 13.571 seconds; Dale Blaney, the 1998 Rookie of the Year and many
more top names in the world of sprint car racing.
