FANS WILL HAVE A SMASHING GOOD TIME WITH THE NASCAR WEEKLY RACING SERIES AND
DEMO DERBY I AT NEBRASKA RACEWAY PARK

June 13, 2001 - Greenwood, Neb. - On Sunday, June 17 area race fans will be
treated to a night of racing action at Nebraska Raceway Park. This Father's
Day, Godfather's Pizza presents the NASCAR Weekly Racing Series and the
return of the very popular Demolition Derby Series. The smashing action of
Demo Derby I will be an added bonus to the regular Sunday night race show.

Demo Derby I will be the first of a three-event demolition derby series in
the 2001 Nebraska Raceway Park season. In fact, this will be the first-ever
demolition derby ever held at the 4/10 mile dirt track. "The fans will see
some awesome hits and crashes during Demo Derby I," said NRP General
Manager, Craig Kelley. "With a much wider front stretch than past years,
these demolition derby competitors will really put on a spectacular show!"

Before Demo Derby I can take place, the NASCAR Weekly Racing Series will
take the track. In competition will be the NASCAR Super Late Models, Walker
Uniform Rental Grand Nationals, O'Reilly Auto Parts Pro-Ams and Jasper
Engines and Transmissions Hobby Stocks. Each division will compete in their
exciting Sunday night program including heat races, B-features and
A-features. Following the final checkered flag, fans will want to stay in
their seats as Demo Derby I competitors roll onto the track to finish off
the nights festivities.
