FOUR FEATURES FOR $6.00 ON FAN APPRECIATION NIGHT AT HAGERSTOWN
SPEEDWAY

HAGERSTOWN, MD - It will be Fan Appreciation Night at the Hagerstown
Speedway on Saturday, April 7th. Promoter Frank Plessinger will roll
back the admission prices for adults to $6.00 with children under 12
admitted FREE. A complete program of professional stock car racing is on
tap featuring the ITSI Industrial Towel Supply late models, Hoosier Tire
late model sportsman, Ernie's Salvage Yard pure stocks and the 4-cyl
pure stocks. Gates will open at 4 P.M. with warm-ups at 5 P.M. Come
early and bring your family for the best bargain in exciting live
entertainment in the tri-state area, FAN APPRECIATION NIGHT - FOUR
FEATURES FOR $6.00

Saturday's night four feature program will be the first point race of
the season for all four divisions. Defending two-time late model
champion Roy Deese Jr. has served notice that he is all set to defend
his crown. Deese has won two features and shared a feature win in the
relay feature in the early stages of the season and is looking to pickup
another $8,000 track championship. Other drivers who will be seeking the
track title include Frankie Plessinger, Doug Burkholder, rookie Devin
Friese, Charlie Schaffer, Rick Workman, Nathan Durboraw and more.

In the late model sportsman division, defending track champion Marvin
Winters will be the man to beat. Winters, who had 12 wins last season,
already has a win to his credit in 2001. Other drivers anxious to win
the late model sportsman title include Wayne Walls Jr., rookie Dave Rice
Jr., Mike Walls, Richard Walls, Daryl Burkholder and more.

The pure stocks will be wide open again this season with a long list of
drivers looking to capture the track championship. Bruce Leibowitz has
the only win of the season and is looking for his first track title. But
the Reisterstown, MD driver will have his hands full with drivers like
Mike Warrenfeltz, Kenny Dillon, Steve Long, Eugene Conlee, Ronnie Dennis
and more.

Josh Angle won the Grand Opening in the 4-cyl pure stock division and
will be looking for his second straight win on Saturday. A long list of
drivers including Robert Holmes, Marcus VanMeter, Bob Tester Jr. and
others will be looking to stop Angle and start a win streak of their
own.

Fans are encouraged to come early and stop by the Gateway Seafood
Restaurant for some great food before the races.
