If you have a good set of rules, and they are fairly enforced to everybody, you can race Mini-Stocks for less money then it costs to race Gokarts or Jr.dragsters???

it dont matter how good the rules are and how much they are enforced there is still that one guy in the crowd that cant get along and starts trouble. these other forms of racing are a little safer than beating and banging on a dirt bullring where you could end up on your top or worse yet hurt. i know this is the extreme of it. but i have seen the stress this can cause. there was a man i know about that commited suicide because he got into an argument about a rollcage design with someone he knew.

i didnt mean that it is someone disagreeing with an officials call or anything like that. i meant the person that cant follow the rules like everybody else and is cheating and cant get along with anybody else. there is always going to be arguing, that cant be stopped because it is human nature. i thing it is good the racers second guess some decisions that the officials make. i am happy they do this because we catch alot of mistakes that we have made this way. but i dont want one guy constantly complaining about every little call we make against him. it isnt fair to other racers that they have too deal with it. I AM NOT SAYING THE DESCRIPTION OF THIS TYPE OF PERSON IS YOU DIRTTRACKER98. i think you should have second guessed the decision. i would have backed you 100% on your descrepency with the finishing order.

teachmaster I will have to disagree with karting being safer than mini sock racing.I have had a kart ride me before and it was painful to say the least and took some hide with it to show who was boss.lol But non the less everyone has there own opinion.I still dont understand why you can build a mini stock for the same and even less than a kart.Heck I just got a little more money in my Bomber than I do her kart.just my 2cents thanks and have a nice day!

I went karting with my cousin one time. My first time in one.. Any way, we ran a couple laps and then going into the first left hander, he ran it in deep and put his right front just in front of my left rear. When he realized it wasn't going to fit he hit the brakes and I climbed over the front of his cart. Put me upside down grinding across the pavement on my neck and shoulder. WHEW! Talk about Roadrash. Crashed my pinto a few times and never left body parts on the track lol. Gotta give those carters credit.
