i recently bought a 1992 white chassis (LTO)
its a complete kart but its all in pieces. i've gotten everything figured out except for the body. the nose cone is on but i'm having problems with the side pieces. if i line them up with the nose cone they stick out from the sides of the kart and i see no way of attaching them. i've contacted white chassis them self about this and gotten no response. any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as i am new to karting and becoming very frustrated. thanks

I think I understand the pro.The body is too wide for the nerf bars right?Well what I did was take and "extend" the nerf bars out. useing,on the rear,a tube that fits over the nerf bar mounting tube and one that fits inside the mounting tube on the frame. This will allow for you to extend the mounting.Makeing the nerf bar long enough to reach body work.On the front I extended the mount with flating a peice of condit just enough to slip it over the mount tab and nerf bar, then just drill holes in all mounts and bolt with nylock nuts. hope this helps

we had to extend the nerf bars on my kart to get the g-man (the best) body on my kart, which in a way is safer, because theres slightly more crush space in case of a big wreck.
