Whats the best way to get the Tranny lines and the condenser to fit up?

BAD PLAN, most A/C condensors will not flow enough volume when used as a trans cooler. They are designed to pass gas for lack of a better way to say it, oil is thicker and cannot circulate in the narrow tubes as fast as it should. This builds excess pressure, pressure creates heat. If you are lucky the rubber hose will explode from back presure if not something much more expensive will fail.

Some condensors use a round tube, but most use a flat tube that looks more like car radiator tube, thus the problem.

if you go this route, use an ford a/c condenser. they have round tubes. make sure you clean it out first. used them for years on my street/drag cars without any failures. also, make sure you use power steering return hose to connect your transmission lines to the condenser. transmission fluid will soften regular fuel line.

MadMike is right, i would just get a cooler that is designed for the job.....it will be cheaper and easier in the long run, also some AC condensers have a teflon type internal coating that will dislodge and clog with the heat..
