I saw it a book that somebody is taking 305 heads and making them 64cc with 202&1.60 valves it them will this work? Im thinking about getting a set for my motor 350 to raise the compresstion up . the moter will be it a boat ( jet) thanks rod

I would think 2.02-1.60 valves would be really shrouded in that small of a chamber but if they open them up to 64cc they may be ok.Some 305 chambers are supposed to be as small as 60.5cc,really almost any other head originally at 64cc will outflow 305 heads.IMHO

I agree with rico 08 100% . Plus your going the wrong way on compression ratio if your planning on using the gas that you'll find at the lakes .

i have heard that 305 heads are as small as 58cc. i would buy a set of darts or world products, you spend almost as much on a stock set of heads and still have small runners.
