had a couple rockers turn alittle blue at the fulcrum .Its a solid cam with hv pump and comp cams roller tip rockers with no restrictors.I want to try the moroso oil deflectors that go over the rockers ,just wondered if they help lube the fulcrums better or is there something else to do

They definitely help ! This is a common problem with stock rocker's , especially if you have a pretty nasty cam .

you should try some Crane Kool Nuts their umbrella style keeps oil on the pivots and transfers the heat away. They are about 30 bucks a set.
