Anyone had any experince with the speedpro
H345NP pistons. I cant run forged so any help would be good.

scroll down to "speedway's hypereutectic pistons" post and check it out. i think they're a quality piece.

speed pro/federal mogul are made by silvolite. same company that makes kb's, but a lot cheaper. makes me say, "hmmmmmm?"

We ran the 345np's for two seasons in a modifed, we had alot of overheating problems and quite often got the engine up around 270*, The motor never smoked or any thing we ran all over the 7200rpm rev limiter, still not a problem. that engine finally broke the cam, and we wint with a different combo, this season we are building that same motor again for a backup for the backup engine.

i'm going to be running them this year too can't beat um for the price from what i have heard only thing that i'm conserned about is they say they will oply run 8.4:1 with 76 cc heads think i'm gonna try to find some 70 cc heads to get me up to my 9:1 limit
