Ok, leaded fuel has not been around for some time now. What are the best alternatives that are around that realy work? These may be "homebrew additives", after market formulas or actual mechanical changes. Just trying to get a feel of everyones thoughts. Thanks. Marty.

racing fuel has lead and so does aviation fuel.

stp makes a lead additive available at most parts houses, I run 50/50 93 unleaded and Av-Gas with a pint of marvel mystery oil in mixture for vavle train protection. Don't run it to lean, check plug colors often
