LOOKING FOR INFORMATION ABOUT BUILDING A SHORTBLOCK CHEVY USING 3.562 STROKE WITH 6 INCH RODS FOR A STREET STOCK. ANYBODY HAVE EXPERIENCE OR COMMENTS ON THIS COMBINATION? THANKS REBELRAT

I've ran that for the last 9 years and if it ever blows up I'm going to build another. With the right cam and heads it has a real smooth torque range

I HAVE RUN THIS COMBO FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND WAS VERY PLEASED WITH IT. IT WORKED BEST FOR ME ON A 3/8 OR BIGGER TRACK WHERE YOU CAN KEEP THE RPMS ABOVE 3000

RebelRat - Do a search in Engine Tech Talk on user name ff0021. I was doing research earlier this year and have the engine being assembled right now and should have it back in 2 weeks. Call Steve Hendron and talk to him. He was very helpful and I purchased some of the parts from him. Good Luck!!
