the upper rear main hole of the bearing over laps the hole in the block a little,we have always used a small round file and opened it up to match the block.are we right or wrong in doing this.thank you

I do the same thing and don't have probs My thinkinking is that theres a lot of load in that area so all the lubrication I could get was a good thing but as I've said before I do things the way I like them and know they work for me and there are many more qaulified people on here to help and I' sure they will
