I wouldn't worry, I got a 327 in my truck and the gauge (sunpro cheapy). The truck when cold has 40lbs then heats up and runs 25- 33 lbs of O.P. down the interstate and drops to zero at a red light, pop it in neutral back to 15lbs. I keep waiting for her to pop but I've been driving it like that for a year + , even went on two- 6 hour trips driving 90mph loaded with furniture.

If it was my truck I would change the oil and check it again. If it is still the same I would probably buy a new oil pump.

most newer chevys are built to run that low of oil pressure. no need to worry unless it drops below 10, thats when it starts coming apart. id just keep an eye on it.
