I orderd a set of hyperutetic Speed Pros. the number on the box is 345np. Thats just like a cast flat top. I was expecting N345np because I know that those are hyperutetic. I think what I got is just a set of cheap cast pistons am I right? I need a answer pretty quick cause they were supposed to be a t the machine shop a 2 weeks ago! THANKS!!

I don't think there is enough of a difference between these 2 sets to worry about it. I believe both sets are stock type pistons, 1 set costs $79, the other $89. Niether are listed in the Performance catalog. The performance hyper eutectics are upwards of $200 a set.

Yep, I got hold of the place I got the pistons from turns out they sent my hypers to somebody that ordered cast. I doubt that guy will say anything. I sure would feel alot better with the h345nps though, I guess we'll have to wait another week to get the block finish honed. THANKS GUYS!!
