which would be better and why ? 377 or 383 carb rule is 350cfm two barrel cast iron heads and intake thanks in advance

A lot there would depend on track length, car weight/type, and most importantly, WHO did the carb for the engine as well as cam choice and head/intake combination and what is allowed to be done by rule to each component of the induction package.
More info needed in order to give ya a really good answer.

solid lift cam using stock rockers ,so i try to stay kinda mild for durability . porting is allowed and track size varys with travel1/4-3/8. my experience with the carb on 350 motors is 6500 is max rpm for power band. carb is Dorton from Holley . I was mainly curious which combo would give best all around performance. would one be more likely to have better torque on the lower end or would either one be about the same? thanks p/m me if you need more info
