By adding more fuel to the mixture, of course. This is usually most easily accomplished at idle by opening the idle mixture screws slightly. The next way is to increase the jet size, and then there are about a hundred other ways involving progressively more complex modifications.
Are you asking these questions because you are reading info in a book? Or just because you want to learn more?
Just wondering, because they are very vague questions.
