Can't get my 406 to run cool. Have replaced water pump and fan, rejetted carb. I run aluminum radiator with a 50/50 mixture of water and glycol. After 10 laps the temp is 240. Any suggestions?

How much timing are you running?
Thermostat or restrictor or nothing?
Steam holes in the head or not?
Correct head gaskets if there's steam holes?
Have you tried a high volume pump and nothing in the water neck?
Have ya tried plain water and some "Water Wetter"?
Is your fan properly spaced from the radiator and are you running a properly constructed fan shroud?
Also, what sort of oil pan is on it? Stock or a good oval track setup? Oil temps that are sky hi will also not help a 406 stay cool.
Just a few thoughts to get started.

TRY REMOVING A FROST PLUG AND SEE IF THERE IS ANY OLD CASTING WIRES OR CASTING SAND IN THE BLOCK .MAYBE THE MACHINE SHOP MISSED SOME.
OTHER THING COULD BE HOW MUCH END GAP ON PISTON RINGS,BEARING CLEARANCE,ECT IF MOTOR IS TOO TIGHT WILL CAUSE OVERHEATING PROBLEMS.
