I have to say, I have had great luck with Summit...thier CS is great. I know they are primarily a drag company, but their service has been excellent. I have had some things replaced from them that normally wouldnt be replaced, such as electronics, etc.

I deal some with Midwest, and Scoggins also because of their great prices.

Who is yours?

Midwest Motorsports, Ames Iowa, and the Kansas City store. They bend over backwards to see that I get what I need when I need it, always quality parts, and their engine work is exellent. They even figured out some fuel supply problems I was unaware of to the motor, and came up with a solution to the problem, I can't say enough, they really have helped my racing to become better.

Summit for quick stuff. They are getting more circle track stuff all the time.
I use Capital Speed Equipment, They do mail order and have a store a couple hours drive away. good for fitting seats and helmets and other hard to buy mail order items. Prices are competitive. Speedway.
But most of all I try to support the local speed shops. Yeah I pay a buck or two more for items but when im in a pinch for something or break they are there. Call summit and see if they rush you a part on a sat night for a sunday race, or go open the shop up for something friday night. Its an investment in my racing. And like whel said they know who you are and what your working on. Summmit wont make a sugestion on using one part vs another.

Poskes for chassis components, HOWE is also exceptional. Perfromance Bodies for shocks, scales and body parts and Bill Mitchell for engine parts. GRS Chassis is also good for modified parts.

Check this out, I called Midwest Motorsports in Ames on Tues at 4:00 to order some engine parts and gaskets...first time customer to M.M. At 3:30 the next day I had the parts in my hands. This was normal delivery not express or overnight. Seems pretty quick to me. I also deal with Ultimate in Omaha and Speedway in Lincoln, Ne.
