Hey guys,
Last race last year I blew up my torque converter and it littered the TH350. I just got done rebuilding it as there was metal everywehere inside, but now I'm faced with what to do with the cooler. I'm gonna flush it out and get it as clean as I can but I sure hate to chuck it cause it cost like 70 bucks. I considered using one of those inline tranny filters (with a spin on type filter) on the feed side of the transmission. Waddya all think about this? Yes, I've been slacking this year LOL Gotta get out there soon!

Sorry, but I've always been told to trash the cooler, there's no way to get all the chunks out. If they don't plug up the cooler, they'll ruin your new tranny. I'm a tight wad my self, but after what it cost me to have a tranny rebuilt, I figured it was cheaper to buy a new cooler rather than risk it.
