UDTRA AND SPEED CHANNEL SIGN MULTI-YEAR DEAL

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

WOODSTOCK, GA - The United Dirt Track Racing Association announced today
that they have signed a multi-year package with the SPEED Channel network
to
air selected UDTRA Pro DirtCar Series events through the 2004 season with
an
option for 2005.

The agreement also calls for an increase to a minimum of 13 events, which
will air on SPEED Channel's "Dirty Thursday" each season beginning in 2003.
Each show will also have a replay.

"The fans of 'Dirty Thursday' have made their voices heard through the
SPEED Message Boards, but more importantly, with solid ratings supporting
the series," SPEED Channel President Jim Liberatore said. "We are happy
to
continue to feed these passionate fans with exciting, unique dirt track
racing."

The 2003 season will begin the fifth season of UDTRA Pro DirtCar Series
action on SPEED Channel that goes back to the 1998, 1999, and 2000 seasons
when the network was known as Speedvision. During that time, the UDTRA Pro
DirtCar Series has been the only dirt late model series on national
television.

"We are extremely pleased - in fact, downright psyched - to be able to
continue to bring race fans the great racing action of the UDTRA Pro DirtCar
Series," SPEED Channel Vice President of Programming and Production, and
Executive Producer Rick Miner said. "UDTRA's phenomenal growth over the
past five years is a tribute to the quality of racing the series provides.
SPEED's viewers continue to ask for more Dirt and we are glad to be able
to
deliver."

UDTRA officials see this announcement as the beginning of a new era for the
sport that will benefit sponsors, fans and competitors.

"Everyone with UDTRA and the SPEED Channel has worked long and hard to put
this package together, and we're proud and excited to have a multi-year deal
with SPEED Channel this far in advance of the 2003 season," UDTRA President
Mike Swims said. "This proves what we've been saying for years - that there
is a strong and loyal following for UDTRA dirt late model racing."

UDTRA officials will immediately commence scheduling events for the 2003
season at existing venues, and reach into new regions for the 13 televised
events on SPEED Channel's "Dirty Thursday."

The 2002 UDTRA SPEED Channel programming features 10 events. The next UDTRA
action on SPEED Channel will be a special Saturday night two-hour airing
on
September 21 at 8 p.m. ET with action from Cedar Lake Speedway in New
Richmond, WI and Crawford County Speedway in Denison, IA.
