After a great weekend of racing over the Memorial Day Weekend, the Sunoco ALMS Series picks up the action again this weekend in the Buckeye state. Limaland which was slated to have the first event of 2002 will finally get the ALMS late models tonight. A tight points race between Brian Ruhlman, Greg Johnson and Kris Patterson is being waged. Patterson's performance although not bad thus far this season haven't been as strong as usual. That seems to be changing with strong runs at Eldora and Fremont last weekend. Patterson will attempt to get his first win of the season to keep pace with Johnson and Ruhlman. Should be a great group of Late Models on hand especially with Florence running on tomorrow night. Matt Miller, Jeep Van Wormer and Jerry Bowersock have been running occasionally with the ALMS crew and they could be in attendance tonight at Limaland.
