UDTRA ANNOUNCES 2002 "DIRTY THURSDAYS" TV SCHEDULE TO AIR ON SPEED CHANNEL;
UDTRA ANNOUNCES 2002 EVENT SCHEDULE CHANGES AND ADDITIONS

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

WOODSTOCK, GA - Officials of the Speed Channel and the United Dirt Track
Racing Association have announced the 2002 television schedule for the UDTRA
Pro DirtCar Series. Speed Channel will air on a tape-delay basis ten UDTRA
Pro DirtCar Series events in 2002.

The ten-race schedule, which will be called UDTRA Dirty Thursday, will air
on Thursday nights at 11 p.m. Eastern time, with re-airs on Mondays, with
dates and time to-be-announced in the near future.

"This is the best and most consistent time slot that Speed Channel, or
its
predecessor Speedvision, has ever given us, which will make it easier for
our fans to follow," UDTRA President Mike Swims said. "Speed Channel can
now be seen in over 50-million households and it is continuing to grow every
month. This will expose the televised excitement of dirt late model racing
to more of our current fans, as well as new fans."

The first televised event will be taped on Saturday night at Thunder Valley
Speedway in Glenmora, LA. The Paragon Casino Resort Soaring Eagle Classic
will air on Speed Channel on Thursday, May 9 at 11 p.m. Eastern time.

The Jim Barna Log Systems 50 will be taped on May 3 at Scenic Raceway in
Oneida, TN and will air on Speed Channel on Thursday, May 23 at 11 p.m.
Eastern time. The McCarthy-Hotentot-Siebler Heating and Air Conditioning

at Eagle Raceway in Lincoln, NE will be taped on May 18 and will air on
Speed Channel on Thursday, June 20 at 11 p.m. Eastern time.

The Masters at Cedar Lake Speedway in New Richmond, WI will be taped on
June 22 and will air on Speed Channel at 11 p.m. Eastern time on Thursday,
August 1. The UDTRA Pro DirtCar Series event at Dixie Speedway in
Woodstock, GA will be taped by Speed Channel on July 20, and will air on
Thursday, August 29 at 11 p.m. Eastern time.

The UDTRA Pro DirtCar Series event at Rome Speedway in Rome, GA will be
taped on July 21, and will air on Speed Channel on Thursday, September 12
at
11 p.m. Eastern time. The USA Nationals from Cedar Lake Speedway will be
taped on August 3 and will air on Speed Channel at 11 p.m. Eastern time
on
Thursday, October 10.

A UDTRA Pro DirtCar Series event to-be-announced will air on Speed Channel
at 11 p.m. Eastern time on Thursday, October 17. The Commonwealth Cup from
Kentucky Lake Motor Speedway in Calvert City, KY will be taped by Speed
Channel on September 14 an will air on November 21 at 11 p.m. Eastern time.

The UDTRA Pro DirtCar Series 2002 finale, the $55,000-to-win 13th Annual
UDTRA Dixie Shootout at Dixie Speedway will be taped on October 12 and will
air on Speed Channel at 11 p.m. Eastern time on December 19. The complete

UDTRA 2002 SCHEDULE CHANGES AND ADDITIONS: UDTRA officials have announced
changes and additions to the 2002 UDTRA Pro DirtCar Series schedule of
events. The changes and additions are around the recent sale of Cherokee
Speedway in Gaffney, SC by the Gault Family.

The Gault Family has moved the events originally scheduled for Cherokee
Speedway to Thunder Valley Speedway in Lawndale, NC. They have also
finalized plans for three other UDTRA Pro DirtCar Series events in April.

The Gaults will promote a 50-lap $10,000 to-win UDTRA Pro DirtCar Series
event at a track to-be-announced on April 19, and will promote a 50-lap
$10,000-to-win UDTRA event at Lancaster Motor Speedway in Lancaster, SC
on
April 20.

The next weekend, they will promote a 50-lap $10,000-to-win UDTRA event
at
Lavonia Speedway in Lavonia, GA on April 26, and the series will then travel
to Thunder Valley Speedway in Lawndale, NC for a 50-lap $10,000-to-win UDTRA
event on April 27.

The UDTRA Pro DirtCar Series will return to Thunder Valley Speedway on
September 20-21 for a two-day 100-lap $20,000-to-win event. The complete
