I was wondering what tracks had a good supply of young racing talent. By young i am thinking 18-20 years old. Along with the many great drivers at wayne county there is a good pool of yournger guys coming up. Doug Drown and J.R Gentry are a threat to win every week. Also there are a couple of other guys that names slip my mind, the one guys last name is Baker and another guy i seen a couple times, i know his dad drives. And i can't forget my very own cousin. Hopefully with a new car that is more competitive and stays on the track a little more seat time with a car that stays in one piece he will be up there. But i was wondering if any other tracks had a group of kids looking to take over the track

Gotta agree... JR Gentry and Doug Drown have the talent and potential to go a loooong way in this sport.

The Baker you are thinking of is Thomas Baker, who will be in a new GDI this year. Thomas really came on strong last year. Look for bigger things from him this year with new chassis and motor program, with consulting from Jim Gentry.

Your cousin, Justin, has the chops. Only got to see him run a couple times though. His old man, uncle and grandpa could sling them cars slideways....and win!

The other one you might be thinking of might be Eric Eicholtz...Bob Eicholtz' son. That kid has DETERMINATION! His whole deal last year was financed by himself...every penny. Does a fine job with what he has.

But with all this great young gun talent....ain't it terrific an "old man" like Jim Gentry is coming out of retirement?
