Racing to Begin at the Bond County Raceway

The 2001 racing season for the Bond County Raceway will start this Fri. March 23rd , with a kick off dance at the Southern Edge Restaurant and Lounge. Happy hour will begin at 6:00pm, with dinner at 7:00pm followed by a dance at 8:00pm, a silent auction will be held throughout the night with Nascar memorabilia and other racecar parts up for bids. Tickets are $15.00 each and can be purchased at the door.
The following day, Sat. March 24th, a test and tune day will be held at the track, everyone is invited to come and try out the Bond County 1/4 mile, gates will open at 12:00pm and admission will be $10.00 for the pits and $2.00 for the grandstand.
Saturday March 31st marks the debut of the 2001 racing season at the Bond County Raceway, Steelblock Late Models, Open wheel Modifieds, Pro Stocks, and SuperStreets will make up the fields. Pit gates open at 4:00pm, Grandstands open at 5:00pm, Hotlaps at 6:00pm and racing at 6:45pm. Admission to the Grandstands are $9.00, Seniors $5.00, and Kids $3.00, pit admission is $20.00 for non CIDRA members and $18.00 for CIDRA members.
