i have been runing on a 3/8 mile clay high bank now i am runing on 3/8 mile track thats almost flat and is very sand surface.when i first run there a could leave a rooster tail of sand all the way around the track, well i have gotten a little better and have alot more bite in my car,im new at theses late models and dont know much about seting them up besides putting bite in/out of the car about all i know is stagger, what can i try to get this car hooked up and not so much wheel spin. i watched bloomquist run here and he was flying,he could carry is front wheel 3/4 way down the straights with very little wheel spin hows he do that.

A late model will pick up the left front tire because of the weight transfer from left side to right side through a corner. Many of the cars that lift the left front are 4-bar cars and the mechanical traction generated from the left upper bar will cause weight transfer to the right front and will thus lift the left front off the ground. I have seen many late models do this, including the one that I help with, and I am personally not convinced this is the quickest way to get around a race track.
