The Toolbox on this site has a good setup sheet. you should check that out.

It's not that hard to make up a set up sheet and it's good idea to have a lot more info on the sheet as well.
I dont know what your running, but include shock and spring rates, include rear bar positions, torque link spring rate.
Spend as much time as you can on the scales and make a new sheet for every adjustment. You can fugure out your weight changes and adjusments required when stagger is changed. Any way more info the better, and dont forget to date them, good luck.
