could someone tell me how long it would be before a new brinn should be rebuilt as part of prenventive maintenance

and also give me info on how to get in touch with these people to get this work done

Ask them to send you a maintenance schedule they are very good people and easy to deal with. With proper maintenance and use these transmission are very durable. As well as the berts. We run Mobil 1 Synthetic oil in ours and are now using 2oz. of XR-1 mixed with it this should help your transmission live along time.
