I race at West Liberty, IA. Once upon a time the HOWE chassis was the fastest thing going. A few guys still race this three link chassis, but it seems to be going away fast. I think the development of the 4-bar has over shadowed the 3 link. I will be driving a HOWE this year, but we changed it over to a swing arm.

I think it is just like the 4-Link, the longer you work with it and find all the tricks, the faster you go.
