what are your rules can you run racing springs or do they have to be stock appearing? same with shocks on mine i run the speedway stock appearing springs 1150rf 950lf 250lr 200rr it works great on a tacky track i was also running bilstien stock mount shocks but they where complaining about it so now i have monro gas matics for a s-10 blazer on the rear and older wagon deisle shocks on the front. as for tires there is no best it all depends on what your limited too i like firestone firehawk ss but i can't run them any more so now i run kuhmo 795 series the size depends on your gear and how many rpm you would like to turn your engine also how much stagger you want in it will also determin the size

Same as another post, Look around and find some spring rates out of wagons and 4 doors that will work for your car. They are out there, you are going to have to do some research to find it, and that alone can be time consuming. It will take time, but a guy I raced against had malibu that just smoked the compitition. He had his stagger close and on a smaller set of tires, he claims all the shocks were legal and the springs too. I never checked. He had a clutch in his thou and I know of NO Malibus or montes with a clutch that was factory. His car was very light and scaled weekly also. and he never got beat in the garage.

Well I run a lf 1000 lr 250 rf 1200 rr 200 I got my front springs from midwest motorsports
1-800-262-5033.. the springs were $60.00 a pieace, i dont remember where i got my rear springs from but I paid $50.00 a spring. This sounds dumb but this yr I went cheap on shocks cause I bent 9 shocks last yr and they all were pro shocks. so i went to auto zone and bought the heaviest shocks i could find for my buick and there working great aint bent 1 yet this yr....
