Normally we run on a 1/2 mile large radiused turn track (Williams Grove) but this weekend we tried a shorter 3/8 mile with tighter radius turns (Susquehanna). At the Grove we run well through the turns, here is the set up we start with there.

LF 195/70/14 24 PSI Std. offset wheel 1000# spring.
RF 225/70/15 18 PSI 4" offset wheel 1250# spring.
LR 215/70/14 18 PSI Std. offset wheel GM SW spring.
RR 225/70/15 18 PSI Std. offset wheel GM Monte spring.

At Susky (3/8) we stared with this set up.
LF 215/70/14 24 PSI Std. offset wheel 1000# spring.
RF 225/70/15 18 PSI 4" offset wheel 1250# spring.
LR 225/70/14 18 PSI Std. offset wheel GM SW spring.
RR 225/70/15 18 PSI Std. offset wheel GM Monte spring.

We were pushing in the middle of the turn real bad. Any ideas on the set up we have and to get rid of the middle push on the 3/8 track?

Thanks!

I don't run those type of tires, but I would think you need more rear stagger in them.

More rear stagger? Like how much? Do you mean the LR should be of lesser diameter?

Thanks,

yes you should have a bigger tire on the right rear myself i run about 4 inches on the front and 1 inch on the rear. i have noticed in a couple of your posts why are you running such high air presure on the left front?another question does the car bounce alot on entry i had that problem last week i tried some new shocks and it bounced and made the front end come up and caused the same thing

Hi, fairlaniac. If i was you i would just change one thing at a time. I see you have reduced your stagger from about 5 inches on paper to about 3 inches. I reckon you would be much better off trying more stagger for a tight track-like maybe a 205/70/14 on the LR. This would take your stagger up to 6.5 inches in theory.
