I have an 80 Regal that needs a front stub replaced,anyone know how hard it is.I hate to trash the car and was trying to figure out how hard it was.I dont want to have to build another car.Any help is appreciated.

Honestly,,,,It would be easier to build another car I think. Unless you have a chassis shop close to help you with it.
One thing of it is you already have everything you need to build a new one, just switch it over.

I have replaced the stub on mine a few times..it is farly simple I would take it to a frame shop first to see if the can staight it first ..

i agree with pickel try to have it pulled first and then if all else fails put a stub under it it's not all that hard if you have somebody that knows what they are doing as for building a new car do like my buddy did he put a whole new frame under his just cut it off lifted it up and rolled another under it he had his done in 2 nites

If you do it in your shop take lots of measurements from the donor frame before you cut the stub off, then you you can just weld it on in the same place. Its not rocket science go for it.
