Does anyone know the correct wheel base for a 75-79 Buick Skylark and a 75-79 Chevy Nova?
I need prove on what the wheel base is. The info, that I'm getting is, 112 wheel base, correct or not?? I feel it's not. Please let me know ASAP.

Go to your local body shop and ask them to make you a copy of the frame dimensions out of the book.

Wheel base rule is 112. We have been to every local body shop, junk yard, even wreacker service, and no one has or will give us the info. Thanks for trying guy's.

My vote is the same as pickel, I ran a 76 nova hatchback and it had 108 inch wheel base.

This is the deal: We had the same rule-112" wheelbase. According to the Hayes manual (@ Autozone) ALL Novas -2dr, 4dr, hatchback--and their Buick and Pontiac counterparts were the same. 111" We punched a new center hole on the main leaf and moved the rear end back 1". Passed tech at our track and we went racing-none of the big Monte's had a snowballs chance! Be my advice to drag one outta the junkyard-punch the spring----take it to the tech guy and get his OK. Then get to building one bad fast ride! Good Luck!
