Ijust bought a nova to race on a 3/8 asphalt track and probably a clay oval also. I've taken all the shims out of the left front arm and it's still at about 1 degree negative camber. How can I get the camber to positive, I want to run around 2 degrees positie. I've thought about moving the top ball joint or maybe machining the pivot "bolt". Moving the ball joint looks like it will require some work. Any suggestions. The rules say stock suspension systems only. I would appreciate any suggestions, especiall from nova owners that have had this problem.

ok if i understand u right u cant ajust the camber anymore and all the shims are out. What u will have to do if your algining it the right way, not poking fun of u but i do algnments for a living. U will need to get an offset upper A arm crossbar. u can get them at most auto parts stores I use MOOG brand myself, this should give u more room for more shims. I had the same trouble with my first stock car i built and didnt learn about this offset crossbar until i went to Hunter Algnment School and they teacher told me about it. hopes this helps. But i dont know if you can run them becouse they dont look like the normal ones.
